My 10 year old daughter COMPLETELY built it by herself. I mean from unboxing to taking a walk to see their finished product. Notice how she used alien tape instead of glue. Why? Who knows? I think because it happens instantly and doesn't require patience to dry or use a screwdriver, which she's perfectly familiar with but has been in the area and didn't bother leaving her room to find. This set was purchased as a summer chores and puzzles set to keep my kids entertained. This is a complex 1:24 scale. My eyes hardly see small pieces. My baby is a bit bigger so I understand that this isn't realistic for most in this age range, but it's still very cute and doable with patience and adult input. If you're looking to get into this scale, this is a great place to start before the more intense versions of this scale. She left out some aspects because she thought it looked cluttered.
