Review on GE WD15X93 Water Inlet Dishwasher by Mark Colbert

Needed a 120VAC solenoid for a Miele dishwasher and came across this. However, to wall mount this unit with the inlet on the side and the outlet down on the wall, you will need to remove the metal plate with the inlet threads and grind/cut the tab. I was hoping to be able to rotate the plate easily, but the four screws are arranged in a rectangle rather than a square making this impossible. Fairly quiet, especially if you add some rubber behind the panel as a cushion when wall mounting the unit. Note if you want to wall mount it and you want the socket to face down like I did, you will need to get #4 screws for the holes on either side of the coil. If you don't care about the exit rod pointing down, the holes on the entry plate fit a #6 screw.
