No amount of metal will help me get through security at the airport. I filled out $1 bills for verification and received 3 stacks of 10s (3 stacks long is the max for a money bag). 30 bills is probably the maximum capacity, the belt is packed. The quality seems to be very good. In an ideal world, a longer zippered pocket would be more comfortable for a man. So you can accommodate 4 stacks of bills in a zip pocket. This will help align the belt better when full.
