I ordered this product for morning/day sickness. There's a little relief, and if you're struggling like me, you know that even a little relief is worth its weight in gold. One note, these are salt crystals, not flakes (don't care). I started with a foot bath and added some peppermint essential oil. I've also tried soaking in a bath with lavender essential oils. For me, the foot spa was just as effective and better suited to my lifestyle (I'm 2.5 years old). If you have realistic expectations, I recommend this product. I also have Pink Stork Magnesium Spray, which I like even better.
