I ordered the white ramekins. They are very good quality. And you can tell the company cares about their product and the consumer. They are even packaged very well and once you soak in warm water, they are super easy to clean. The bottoms are sturdy and the ramekins are actually bigger than 8oz. To reach 8oz you don't have to fill them all the way to the top, which is important, as it allows for a safe rise if you are cooking something that uses yeast, baking powder or soda. So many of the ramekins on here don't nestle properly; they sit too deep (deeper than the rim) into the dish. Making them effectively unstackable when filled. These however are about perfect. They are a full 8oz to the inner rim and the bases fit very well into the that lip. They will however tilt a little and touch the food. If you need perfect stacking without the bottoms touching the dish your limited to about 6oz. None of the others I tried were even remotely close to being this good.

It’s the perfect size for dipping my Birria tacos, making pudding parfaits, dipping egg rolls in! I love the size and it’s easily stackable.

They hold up great in the oven! 60 minutes in the oven. Ran in dishwasher twice and no peeling. Love them so far! May not be oven-safe at high temperatures.

They came in undamaged despite some people’s experiences. I’ll order the 6oz eventually as the 8oz are a little too big for some custards. Meanwhile I live using these for my mise en place. Also great for filling with a dip or spread and look great on the table. Also great for using in my bamboo steamer.

The ramekins are fully glazed, and the ridges are wider than I perceive as classic, however, the set is great and looks good on the table The packaging was very protective. I'm glad I ordered.
