I ordered the white ramekins. They are very good quality. And you can tell the company cares about their product and the consumer. They are even packaged very well and once you soak in warm water, they are super easy to clean. The bottoms are sturdy and the ramekins are actually bigger than 8oz. To reach 8oz you don't have to fill them all the way to the top, which is important, as it allows for a safe rise if you are cooking something that uses yeast, baking powder or soda. I made individual chili with a cornbread topping and they were the perfect serving along with a salad. I ordered the set of 6 to try them, and now I'll be ordering another set for a total of 12. Will make a great gift too. I highly recommend them.
