waste of my money. Use with caution!
I bought this product after reading so many positive reviews and I wish I had consulted my dentist before continuing to use it. Based on my personal experience of using this whitening gel as directed, I have only had overly sensitive gums and teeth after a few months of using it as directed. There was no bleaching. My dentist "recommended" that I stop doing it. So now I just use a diluted peroxide mixture along with the brush. Not only is it MUCH cheaper, but it's no more sensitive.
