I like that it's easy for me as an admin user, but also allows my users (customers) access at their own discretion with no password or login required! This is very useful if they are in another time zone than us so we can't be there when support needs help resolving issues - this helps because our customers don’t have any technical knowledge of how things work internally which makes them more likely not call out during business hours etc., however now i'm able to log into veriscoeproblems from anywhere via phone/email anytime day night even holidays without having customer wait around waiting until office opens up again!! It doesn' take long before problems get resolved by techs who aren;t familiar wth product therefore less chance errors occur due lack understanding what exactly problem was causing issue. If anything happens within system then notifications go directly through email & text messages sent.
