The best thing about this service is that I can convert any type of document into pdf format without having an IT department in my office who would require additional training from me before they could use such software. Sometimes when there are many files being converted at one time (say 10), some do not get processed which makes them fail. So be prepared with plenty of patience if using multiple file conversions simultaneously because as long as all have been successfully uploaded then everything else will process fine too. We need something like this so we don't end up paying extra money just to send out emails instead sending via email attachments but still maintaining formatting etc. This allows us keep our costs down whilst ensuring quality work gets done.
