I liked how easy was to integrate this service with my site and that it is very fast. The interface could be improved but overall it works great. There are some minor bugs in their support system which takes time before getting any response. Sometimes there's also delay when trying send feedbacks from within an account. The best thing about this software is that when I send an invoice my client receives them in pdf format so they don't have any problems opening/reading those files.
