I tested it when it arrived and everything met my expectations. However, I was very impressed that the company emailed me to see if everything was delivered correctly and if it met my expectations. Tell me they care that their customers are happy with their products. In this day and age when shopping is so impersonal and customers are so far removed from the retailers, it was a nice touch to remind me that I am a valued customer and your company is always there for me. Any company that cares enough to please me with my small purchase of an inexpensive popcorn scoop and popcorn bags is probably a great company to do business with. Very impressive!
