I've tried many different solutions for holding my phone when I run: belts, arm bands, arm sleeves, and pouches. This is one of the better products I've tried: it's not bulky, holds my phone with case, makes it easy to access my phone while I'm running and, for the most part, doesn't bounce. It does tend to ride up on my waist, but even then it's not bothersome and doesn't really bounce much. I've gone on longish runs and could see myself running a marathon with this and not getting annoyed.Another plus for me is the "sweatproofing". It's definitely not much, but it's better than nothing, which is what most other neoprene belts provide.Given all of that and the good price point (I paid about $15), I consider this to be a winner and will probably look to buy another when I've worn this one out.
