It does not fit snugly in an outlet
I purchased this item for my recent trip to Korea. The plug didn't fit snugly into the outlet to stay in place. With most movements, the plug slipped out of the wall and the phone or computer stopped charging. When I plugged it into an extension cord on the floor it worked better. I was in a quarantine hotel where there were only outlets. I had to be very careful when moving my laptop to avoid unplugging it.
