Poor design, weak construction, VERY weak motor, item does not work.

1. The mill is very poorly constructed2. It has a flimsy design and unreliable electrical connection3. The grinder has a VERY weak motor that barely moves and stops all the time after putting in 5 brand new batteries(?!)4. After about a dozen uses, the item doesn't work.
