I love this therapy gun, it works great, it's small (handy for travel) but literally packs a punch. I've had it for over a year now. He really goes deep and gets the job done. I usually use it at level 3, it seems perfect for my pain relief. I like the color, says black but it's more like brass/champagne. The case is really compact and handy to store the adapters. I typically use the flat adapter and combine it with the over-the-counter Voltaren (Diclofinac topical muscle relaxant cream) that I usually buy religiously from SAM's Club. One charge usually lasts a couple of weeks if used 2 times a week. I can't speak for other brands but it works just as well in my doctor's office and chiropractic for half the price and a fraction of the cost. Make no mistake, at this price point, the pain relief is definitely worth it.
