seems to catch a lot of garbage. he jumps over it because he doesn't want to step on it. But he catches a lot of debris when he jumps over it. Warning: The color is a little different from what you may receive. I ordered this product twice and the second one was dark blue so it didn't depend on the color in the picture. Update: It still jumps over it, but catches half the debris that would have shredded without it.
