I have had this device for about 4 months. I loved being able to control the temperature at home while I was at work. Sometimes I doubted the accuracy. I bought another device to track the temperature in my shop that also shows the room temperature. I installed it a few feet away from the Thermo Pro. They regularly read a difference of 5°. So I took the heat gun and tested it. Thermo Pro generates its own heat. The device itself will show 70° when the ambient temperature around it is actually 65-66°. I mean it's ok if you don't mind assuming it's different when using 5°. The application works fine.
