The cutest shorts. I looked for shorts to put on a bathing suit but to no avail. These aren't surf shorts, but they're perfect for my bathing suit. They are not bulky like the photo so if you want them to be bulky you should probably go up a size. They are made of the same material as the swimsuit. They have built in underwear and fit well enough that I could wear them as pants if I wanted to because that's what they're made for. They fit me perfectly. Tight enough not to choke me and loose enough not to tighten my skin. For reference, I'm 5 feet 2 inches tall and weigh about 110 pounds. Wear small or medium underwear. And anywhere from size 1 to 4 in jeans. I'd say these are women's shorts, not teens. I ordered extra small.
