The ability of being able to see everything at one place! This makes it easy when we are troubleshooting issues with our products or services as well as making sure that every customer service request gets handled in an efficient manner (this saves us tons off time).
I think this app would be more user-friendly if they had better training material available so users didn't have any questions about how to use their product/app after using them briefly before realizing there's not much information out here yet. Also having access through my mobile device has been super helpful since many times i'm away from desktop computer but still want to continue working efficiently while traveling - sometimes even sleeping too haha. Just know you're going against what your team built by getting something like zlink which was just created last year and already has such great functionality implemented into its system without spending.
