It took them several days to respond to the emails I sent them, and once they did, the statements I received were cryptic and unhelpful. My time spent shopping at SPIFFLYER was, on the whole, less than satisfying, and I would not suggest this online retailer to anyone who is interested in purchasing high-caliber building materials or components. Their products are of poor quality, and their customer support leaves a lot to be desired. Both of these aspects of their business need improvement. I would advise you to seek in other places if you want to find a dependable source of tools and materials for the projects you are working on.
