I run a computer store and purchased this product for a customer who was having problems with their existing Surface Pro. I understood what others say in their reviews: cheap charger, no stylus. To be honest, I don't really care. This unit was in the box for several months as its original finish was still working. In the end, the customer really needed a replacement. They sent this surface back the next day because it didn't hold a charge for more than 45 seconds and had fairly severe screen flicker. I contacted Tech Venture support, explained the problem and the lady I spoke to directed me to initiate a refund through Revain. I have made. Revain customer service needed to confirm the return/refund with the seller and provide a shipping label after confirmation. I have sent the goods. Then I get an email from Tech Venture saying they received the surface but have not received a refund. They said my warranty expired 3 weeks before I asked for a refund. I went through all of this with the original customer service rep and she approved the return. We've been pacing, but they're sticking to their guns. So I can get a broken professional tool for $630 that I could buy at a pawn shop or garage sale for $100. If you like throwing the dice while shopping, then go for it. Otherwise, look for the vendor behind their gear.
