Renewed Microsoft Surface Pro 4 - Intel Core i7e, 8GB RAM, 256GB Storage Review

This is the perfect laptop for me. Its build quality is top-notch, its versatility unmatched, and it's extremely portable. The whisper is quiet. A real pleasure to use. Oh, OneNote is an amazing app for the Surface Pro range. My only complaint is that the battery life could be better; However, I heard that this has been fixed in the new version of the Surface Pro range. I think I already know what my next one will be.

I run a computer store and purchased this product for a customer who was having problems with their existing Surface Pro. I understood what others say in their reviews: cheap charger, no stylus. To be honest, I don't really care. This unit was in the box for several months as its original finish was still working. In the end, the customer really needed a replacement. They sent this surface back the next day because it didn't hold a charge for more than 45 seconds and had fairly severe screen…

Bought as a gift for a small business and the touchscreen was not working, stylus was not included. There were small dents on the screen. Everything would be fine and acceptable if the screen worked well. I understand it's used but the touchscreen was the only reason I bought it. Not to mention fingerprints on the screen and back of the tablet, meaning it hasn't been sanitized.

Surface Pro 4 received with original charger. It works great and outperforms the Surface Pro 3 that I replaced. I only have two complaints: 1) The Surface Pen was NOT included, which means I have to use the pen from my Surface Pro 3 which I want to refurbish and sell. 2) The back cover is physically damaged. yes, I know it's a refurbishment, but "like new" usually means no deep calibers.

A tough yet lightweight tablet. Smooth. Downgraded because there needs to be a way to turn the pen on and keep it in the device. The stylus has to be ordered separately (about $35) and will almost certainly get lost or misplaced.
