The customer service is amazing! I have never had any issues with them, but if you do they are quick to respond and help out in anyway possible.

They make implementing new software easy for us because of their team's experience which we can't always count on when hiring someone else to implement some piece of software or hardware. We use p3pl for all of our shipping needs from drop off at the post office (PO), to picking up packages that were dropped off by customers, to tracking shipments via email. It has made using PO so much easier as well as reduced time spent searching through emails looking for information about an order.
