So far so good. They fit, they stretch (but not too stretchy) and I agree with other reviewers I read before buying that their elasticated waist often curls up, gathers, etc. And this isn't the best. I have seen. It doesn't matter to me what I use them for, but definitely something everyone should think about before buying. Want that elastic to wrap around you and tighten? once? Again, I'm giving them a 4 because it wasn't a deal breaker for me and they work great, but your mileage may vary. Oh, and besides, if you plan on not using a phone case, I've never used one and don't plan on using it, and to be honest I sometimes even forget it's there and doesn't bother anything yet. keep in order with a pair of shorts. heh
