Okay. Wheels do nothing more than raise it up off the floor.
It's okay for my purpose: organizing very light first aid supplies: bandages, gauze, tape, ointments. Don't expect this to hold more than a few pounds. The wheels don't really turn; they just glide across the floor. Must as well just lift it to move it. Expect that the wheels do nothing more than raise it up off the floor.
