Review on 💧 High Concentration Genuine Zechstein Topical Magnesium Chloride Lotion - Ancient Minerals (5oz) by Alexis Thompson

I have a Hashimoto and have found that adequate magnesium helps a lot with the symptoms. I used to use the RnA Reset ReMag lotion which I really like but it has been discontinued. My search for a replacement didn't go well until I found this lotion from Ancient Minerals. Here's what I like: • It's not very greasy and absorbs quickly • Pump works great (much better than ReMag) • Works. When I can't sleep, I put it on my legs and arms. I fall asleep within an hour and sleep deeper. Much better than melatonin • This lotion has the same relaxing and pain relieving effects as ReMag • The price is reasonable for the product. I think ReMag could be a bit better in terms of lotion quality (because it's thinner and absorbs very quickly) and how fast it works (perhaps because of the pico size); However, I am happy with this alternative and will continue to buy it. This is the only magnesium lotion that does not require rinsing off sand mixed with tanning lotion. I'm grateful this product is available and I'll add it to the Subscribe and Save section.
