Quality construction at a good price

I use these 2 bulbs in basement fixtures that use a pull chain to operate. I could buy brighter bulbs, but at 60 watts this model is more than enough to light up every corner of a 30x25 room with 10 foot ceilings and rows of shelves. I am very happy with my purchase and recommend them for basement use. A word of warning! Do not look directly into the lamp or you risk injuring your eyes due to the intensity of this light.
