I got this to clean our slow drain in our bathtub. The item description says the snake is 42 inches long, but that includes the length of the handle, which you obviously can't slide down the drain. Length, more specifically, about 34 inches. I understand how useful this would be for some people, but for me it was useless. The remaining items in the kit are slightly shorter. They all seem better suited to sinks.

This neat little kit contains a variety of different tools that can be used on a variety of drain types. When one didn't really work in my sink, I just tried another one until I found the right one. The green and orange plastics are pretty durable. I struggled to get it out of my bathtub drain, it hit many times but the spikes on the sides never broke and they got caught in lots of hair and clumps in the drain.
