Some minuses and no pluses, do not buy.

For many years I respected the PENTAX company, once in my youth I shot with an Asahi-Pentax film mechanical SLR, there was one joy. But this model killed respect. Because of the fall on the pavement of my "workhorse" urgently bought the X-5 and on the trail. day I went with a group of children to Tsaritsyno park to shoot a significant children's event for me. Completely disgraced. One joy - they took it back and returned the money without hassle. There was an intention to buy Pentax K 30 or K 50, but thought about it. While I’m shooting with a super-zoom of another company (I don’t name which one, so as not to advertise), it’s also not ideal, but there’s no such horror as the X-5 .

Pros

Comfortably lies in the hand. Big zoom, AA batteries. Tilt display.

Cons

1. Focus misses even in bright light, during the day, more than half of the shots are blurred, it's terribly annoying. 2. Noise at all ISOs, always. 3. When shooting video, the optical zoom does not work, in our time - some kind of nonsense! This is already enough to return the camera, which I did.

Some pros: Lightweight and comfortable ultrazoom. Possibility to scale during video recording (this function does not work in all devices today). Has some cons In my opinion, the clarity of the picture is not enough.
