If you expect this light to be bright enough to light up your studio then your expectations are unrealistic, but if you expect it to be a reliable accessory, small, inexpensive and portable you will it really be happy with that. The price hit is hard to beat and the build quality for the money is better than expected. I use this light for product lighting and macro photography as well as a backup or special effects light and for those purposes it does the job perfectly. Also a big plus is the fact that it is battery operated, small and portable. Finally, I love that it has multiple cold shoes so you can string multiple lights together for more brightness if needed. Great light for the money.
