Comfortable enough to wear all day

I have always found difficulty in finding the correct sized gel toe spacers. These are comfortable enough to be worn throughout the day, be it with high heels or sneakers (I wear size 7W US). I even wear them when I go running to improve my distribution of foot pressure alignment. Worth it.
