Review on Lanhiem Samsung Galaxy S20 FE Case: Waterproof, Dustproof, Screen Protector, Shockproof Clear Cover by Opal Holmberg

I bought this case because it's the only truly waterproof and dustproof case for the S20FE on the market. It protects the phone well, but unfortunately the sound from the speaker and microphone is very muffled. The most common complaint I get is talking to someone on the phone like I'm underwater. When I open the charging port, the sound quality improves a bit on the receiving end, but this is a serious inconvenience every time I make a call or answer the phone. easy on the first day. When I contacted them they were quick and ready to help with an immediate made to order replacement. I was able to install this case over the tempered glass which adds another layer of protection to the phone. I can also use the fingerprint reader on all these levels. Overall it's a decent case, but the sound quality is pretty terrible. **UPDATE 4/16/21** I've replaced the original case with the one the company sent me a warranty claim with and no more muted audio issues. I've had this new case for a little over a month and it's been working great. Because the company supports their product so well and the new case works great, I'm increasing my rating from 3 to 5 stars. The screen still scratches fairly easily, which isn't a problem as the company will send you a new one, no questions asked. I definitely recommend this case!
