Do not believe the promise to contact you in 12-24 hours
I tried, it didn't work out. Lots of intermittent issues on two different Thunderbolt 3 systems, Lenovo T14 and Dell XPS13 with all system and firmware updates. And when I asked for support via their website, which specifically states that they prefer email and respond within 12-24 hours (and I used their form on the website), they didn't live up to the ad either. It's been 7 days and no sound so it's back and I'll try another brand. Maybe it's just a coincidence, but I'm not ready for the second round yet.
