Review on 🔌 Oatey Cherne Gripper 6 Inch Plumbing Pipe Test Plug by Darrin Parasson

I bought this test plug 4 months ago and have had no problems. I use it to seal a homemade rock mug made from 6" PVC pipe. To reduce noise and prolong life, I fully coated the inside with clear Silicone II. It also prevents the bolt from rusting like others reviewers have commented. , and keeps the bolt from falling down the barrel when I have to remove the top part to pry the rubber off the rim of the barrel (actually it takes a couple of hammer blows) I'm not sure by how much Pressure that is supposed to withstand but it hasn't exploded yet and I had problems with the metal plugs which made a big mess.Now I've bought two more barrels for extra.
