So I had to give them 3 stars. They looked good when I got them, but when I tried them on I noticed that the left big toe was more open than the right? When comparing two shoes side by side it was VERY obvious that the two shoes were made completely different with the spacing between the straps. The company says the card included in the box must be emailed before contacting Revain or sending it back, and they'll get it right. Well 3 days later I received the following email response from the company Dear customer, I'm sorry. All shoes are handmade, there may be some asymmetry, but this is not common.
