Love these little rollers - they make handling small portions of dough so much easier and almost fun - perfect for rolling out croissant or biscuit dough to just the right sizes for making pizza crust, pigs in a blanket, or just about anything else; i'd imagine these would be excellent for pie crust also. Their small size makes it super easy to give extra attention to the parts of the crust / dough that might get rubbed too thin or break open also, making "repairs" super easy compared to using a full sized roller. Anyone who has a full sized roller should have at least one of these too. Super easy and very handy.
