I bought this roller to use on homemade pizza dough. It glides nicely over the dough. I learned not to press too hard because it’ll make marks in my dough. It’s easy to use on medium to small pizzas. The quality of this roller is better than expected. It’s made of quality material, very nice looking and easy to clean. I’m very happy with this roller.

Great product! I bought this to help me make runzas (basically a homemade hot pocket with meat and cheese inside). Before getting this I was using a traditional rolling pin which was somehow cumbersome and didn't work right. This pastry roller cut my prep time by 3/4. I am hand washing it because I know dishwashers are hard on many kitchen tools.

I have been pleasantly surprised by this little roller. I have used it to make pies, roll out cookie dough, biscuits, pizza and it never fails. It is non stick and very durable even when applying pressure. The whole idea of using it as a painting roller makes for a much easier and quicker result. In my opinion the bigger rollers are too clunky whereas this one gives me better control and precision.

Where has this been all my life? Full size rolling pins don’t work well in my small kitchen, this has been great for cut outs, just be sure to oil it well after use because the wood gets cracked if not we’ll maintained.

I received it broken. One of the side screws was unscrewed , I said it’s ok , I can put it back and it will work. It doesn’t. Every time you roll it both screws come off . Don’t waste your money.

This was exactly what I was looking for. The rolling pin I have was too long and I couldn't get an even roll b/c of the lip on the pans and my cooking stone. This works great for homemade pizzas, dog treats, etc. Works exactly as it is described. Very happy with the purchase.

One side of this broke within two uses. It has a handle that allows you to apply pressure, but the product cannot handle that pressure. Would return, but I've had it too long.

You can easily roll out anything from an 18" pizza crust to delicate croissants. You have all the control you need to roll on!

This item was listed as being a Lasten product. It was listed as being made in the usa. The write up also mentioned all natural construction so as to not have to worry about potential toxins in the wood. However, when the item arrived it was clearly labeled as a Yancli product and also marked as made in china. The actual packaging contains no mention of the non toxic materials listed on the original description. This is very disappointing and fits the definition of false advertising. I ordered…

I like the free wheeling and ease of use. I use them when I am making Jerky. I make ground beef Jerky and these lets me really roll out the meet in slim strips. Just the right size. We have also rolled out pizza dough and they work well for that (makes the dough same thickness all over, something I can't get with fingers. Highly recommended. I would purchase again. JIM CABBELL

Product came apart before I could use it. I put it in my sink to wash it before use and a part came off the end going down the drain making it unusable.

Use this for making crackers. Perfect for working in small batches of crackers. Pie crust roller is way too big for this task. Nice price as well.

The roller is perfect for spreading and evening out dough in baking dishes. It is so much easier to just place the dough in the dish and roll it out smoothly on the bottom and even up the sides.

I make homemade pizza regularly and have problems with my hands flattening the dough down, but this has helped out tremendously and has speed up the process.

I'm a professional baker by trade. I broke my wrist a little over a year ago and it's recently started bothering me with arthritis making shaping loaves more difficult. Using this has helped a lot, it saves having to pound the dough to knock the air out for shaping.
