Inexpensive, good design, works on my low shank Janome machine.

This is the walking foot I needed for my Janome 6500P (low shank). It works great and includes a safety lever to keep the needle clamp screw assembly from being damaged while the walking foot is in place. Good design.

Pros

THE WALKING FOOT IS EQUIPMENT THAT ASSISTS THE FABRIC GUIDE IN SMOOTH TRANSPORTATION. THIS FOOT ALLOWS FABRIC TO BE SEWN WITHOUT OFFSET OR ASSEMBLY BECAUSE THE FABRIC IS HOLDED AND FEEDED BY BOTH UPPER AND BOTTOM DOG TRANSFER. THIS WORKS WELL WITH MATERIALS LIKE KNIT, VINYL, LEATHER.
