Review on 🎄 National Tree Company Pre-Lit Artificial Full Christmas Tree - North Valley Spruce, White Lights - 4.5 Feet by Lori Sanders

Bought this tree based on good reviews. However, this tree came late, and its color, as you can see in the photo, is not white, but a very dirty grayish purple-white hue. It speaks for itself. 7.5, but it's actually about 6.5 feet. Also, the most important thing is how it's packaged - it's just impossible for the customer to assemble and install the tree, it took us half a day to make the first part, then we realized it would take forever, to do everything and it is very difficult, and grabbed it back. The cables are so tangled around the branches and each branch that you may have to spend 2 days to complete it. We were very disappointed in my husband while waiting for this tree, he was late and at the last minute we went out and bought a green tree adaptation. I decided to return it, he said I should have contacted him for Christmas.! So basically, even if he has accepted the refund request, he will not accept it and will not refund the money. I sent him all the proofs, artwork and even a photo of our green Christmas tree with my husband and dog but he was still very rude, unfriendly and very unprofessional. There is no policy that the customer must contact the seller in the event of a Christmas return. However, I spoke to the Revain employee on the phone, she read our conversation and said that Revain would refund my money. I do not recommend anyone to buy anything from this seller because if you have problems he takes no responsibility and blames Revain.
