We bought this and it doesn't work properly. It has the functions of beep, vibration and shock. We made sure it's fully charged. However, each of them works inconsistently. I've never managed to get the shock function to work which isn't a problem as I don't want to use it on our dog but we need others to train him. Unfortunately, they often don't work properly when I need them to work. In addition, the collar has a small two-part Velcro strap that is designed to keep the collar in its size. This velcro does not hold the collar size at all. There is no other way to adjust the collar length and leave it in place. It weakens after about 5 minutes. My guess is that the velcro will eventually fall off and get lost as it's really small. There were extra parts in the box and no mention of what they were for in the instructions which are poorly written. All in all I would not recommend anyone to buy this product until the manufacturer makes a major design change.
