I bought this chair as a replacement chair for my new job at a new company. When the chair arrived it was fairly easy to assemble and required no tools. The plastic cover of the telescopic mechanism was broken at the top. Not sure if this is the cause of the chair tipping slightly to the right or not. The backrest seems to have a lot more support than the seat, meaning the seat isn't very comfortable. The adjustments work great and snap, which is a plus. I contacted Revain about the broken part and they offered to either replace it or give me a discount. I wish I had chosen a replacement, but the deadline has passed. This seat is good enough for what I do, but I'll probably be a little more careful when shopping for my next office chair.
