Bought 4 of these a few days ago. The first thunderstorm and every electronic device connected to these 4 surge protectors blew up! TVs, DVD players, game consoles everything! Thank goodness my laptop was plugged into a different brand of surge protector. In fact, everything that was in the network filters of different brands worked perfectly. The only failures were with the Sanus surge protectors. I have called Sanus twice in two days and still no reply from Brandi in the claims department. DO NOT TRUST YOUR ELECTRONICS ON THIS BRAND! Update: It's been a few weeks and several phone calls to Sanus. . Every person I've spoken to sends me to BRANDY in their so-called complaints department. I only ever get an automatic reply. Nobody called back. I'm starting to think Brandi is an answering machine in a filing cabinet that gets erased every day. I lost hope that anyone from Sanus would ever contact me.
