This Keebar Flex Neck kettle does not work as described. Doesn't keep the temperature on the figure I chose. In fact, it just beeps when it reaches the desired temperature, but then it keeps heating up, even if I set the "hold temperature" first before setting the desired temperature, as per their instruction manual. automatic presets, but it only works like a cheaper model that only boils water to the maximum temperature - except it emits a soft beep when it reaches the desired temperature, but continues to heat within 1 second until it reaches 220 degrees. Wanted to install temperature control, did not work. If you want a kettle that boils time and time again, there are plenty of cheaper models at no extra cost that Keebar charges because they don't have presets. The base of this model is large and takes up extra countertop space. And the statement is an insult to English speaking customers. This is utter nonsense made up of poorly translated phrases. All they had to do was pay a good copywriter $100 for a well-written brochure tailored to the needs of their English-speaking clients. I feel betrayed by the shortcomings of this product which looks good but does not work as advertised.
