Read the instructions first!

I like the clarity of the camera - very sharp; I had no sound until I read the instructions. Audio and video were clear. It was easy to install. I plugged it into the USB port, installed it on my laptop, set the sound and that's it. I love it. Now I can make video conference calls from my office.
