I like how easy it was for me as an intern at our agency (Agency) in Florida! It also helps us with business development by having direct communication from clients or potential customers without even needing their permission first! The support team could be more friendly when replying questions about account settings etc., but overall this tool helped my boss' client reach out directly which made her happy since she didn't have time herself anymore to do so because everything went back-and-forth through emails only via email addresses found online anyway.
