I recently learned that if you soak quinoa overnight, the seeds absorb the toxin that needs to be washed off (Dr. Andrew Weil). So you don't want to dunk it. You want to keep flushing it as often as possible. This is by far the best quinoa rinse. It drains slowly enough that you can grab the seeds and squeeze them dry, then rinse again.
