The footrest itself is fine as it looks well built and has a fairly solid hinge with good tension throughout the range of motion. However, I do not recommend this case as the sides are loose and wobbly. Whenever I pick up the phone, I can feel the sides of the case snap into the phone where it's loose. If you don't care, chances are you'll enjoy it. But if you want a well-constructed case, look elsewhere. I've contacted ESR and they haven't responded, so I'm probably stuck with that.
