I am giving this product 2 stars because when I received it the entire back of the mirror was smashed, cracked and broken. The outer packaging was perfect and it was well packed so I suspect it was broken before they packed it and they sent it anyway which was very wrong of them. If I didn't have this experience I would give it five stars, the mirror is beautiful, it's heavy, durable and I'd love to hang it in my home. Unfortunately I can't do it because my whole back is broken. I need to get a new one, but it's taking a long time. The tracking information is constantly changing and it gives the impression that there is some weird business going on, but I hope that's not because I paid a lot of money for this mirror and deserve to have one that I do can take full advantage of.
