I'm 5ft 2in, 120lbs and ordered a small. It fits great (I wear the top as pajamas. It's also a snug fit so I can easily wear it under others. I used to have a small electric cleaner next to where I read the newspaper: not anymore. I'm completely satisfied and am considering to buy another set in a different color.
