Review on 🥣 5 and 6 Quart Lift Stand Mixer 11-Wire Whip by KitchenAid by Steven Brouillard

Make sure you have the right Kitchenaid model for this whisk. This does NOT apply to the 5 quart model. Now that whisk is stainless steel, which ALL Kitchenaid mixer attachments should be made of, but of course it's not. The quality of this SS whisk is excellent, when I compare it to the included 6 liter whisk I just want to throw away the aluminum. Aluminum nozzles drive me crazy. I need to hand wash them asap instead of soaking them and then hand wiping them after washing otherwise oxidation will come into play and the smelly black thing will coat the aluminum nozzles. Well, this whisk with so many wires and so tight in between that I can't easily hand dry the inside, but then it's SS so I don't care if I hand dry. I just let it air dry. I love this whisk. I just want a SS dough hook and whisk for my mixer. One caveat: the whisk looked very strong and I really want to use it as a whisk. I have to keep telling myself not to because it would be very sad to break a wire in a heavy mix. So don't use it for anything heavy.
